Supervised learning consists of algorithms that, with specific and labeled data, learn to predict future data. While unsupervised learning helps us classify data without human intervention or the existence of labels.<\/p>\n<h3>Deep Learning and neural networks<\/h3>\n<p>Within <strong>Machine Learning<\/strong> we also find\u00a0<strong>Deep Learning<\/strong>. The latter is a model that uses algorithms based on\u00a0<strong>neural networks<\/strong>\u00a0to carry out automatic learning (from the available data) and make decisions autonomously. Among others, some examples may be\u00a0voice assistants such as <strong>Alexa<\/strong> or <strong>Siri<\/strong>; since these technologies are capable of recognizing voice and performing specific actions.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, as part of <strong>deep learning<\/strong>, it is also worth highlighting the aforementioned\u00a0<strong>Generative AI<\/strong>, which is capable of creating new content autonomously from the information and patterns that it has previously learned.<\/p>\n<p>And, finally, in relation to\u00a0<strong>Artificial Intelligence\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Deep Learning<\/strong>,\u00a0we also find another relevant concept. It has the\u00a0ability to generate content and text with friendly language, and has an interaction with\u00a0<strong>Marketing Cloud<\/strong>\u00a0engagement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Einstein GPT<\/strong>. It is the Marketing Cloud solution for the <strong>Service Cloud<\/strong> and <strong>Sales Cloud<\/strong> clouds, where <strong>Salesforce<\/strong> has connected it transversally. Along with this, we can also enhance these tools with those systems where we have our clients&#8217; information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing GPT and Commerce GPT.<\/strong>\u00a0These are the tools that <strong>Salesforce<\/strong> makes available to us for Marketing Automation, and they are available for both <strong>Marketing Cloud Engagement <\/strong>and <strong>Commerce.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Salesforce Einstein, the integration of AI into the Salesforce platform<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Einstein<\/strong> is the first<strong> Generative Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> model for a CRM.
